CreativX Lab is a hands-on, no-homework after-school technology program designed for high school students (grades 9–12). The primary goal of CreativX Lab is to expose students to high-demand tech and creative career pathways through fully in-person, instructor-led experiences. Throughout the program, students explore how modern technology works, how it connects to culture and creativity, and how it shapes real-world opportunities.
By participating in CreativX Lab, students gain practical exposure to multiple tech disciplines using beginner-friendly, browser-based tools and real industry concepts. Sessions are designed to be self-contained and completed entirely during program hours, removing the need for homework or out-of-session work. Students build projects, experiment with tools, collaborate with peers, and reflect on their learning in a supportive, culturally relevant environment.
CreativX Lab aligns with We Create Tech’s broader learning pathways, helping students move from exploration to more focused skill-building programs as their interests develop. The program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and help students begin identifying which tech pathways they may want to pursue next.
